Q. Can you change the colors on an item?
A. Yes. To make a special color request, click on the "Request a Color Change for $15" on the order form and describe the change you want to make in the "Change Request" box. There is a non-refundable $15 charge for changing the color on an item. We can do this with most styles, but a few have colors that are part of the artwork and cannot be changed – click here to see a list of styles that cannot be color changed. If you want to match a color you are using in your event, please mail us a color swatch. We can get very close to the color, but cannot guarantee an exact match due to differences between our process and how the color was achieved on your swatch. Please note that for orders with special requests such as color changes, we cannot offer rush processing.

Q. Can I use a different font style on an item?
A. Yes. To make a special font request, click "Request a Font Change for $15" on the order form and describe the change you want to make in the Change Request box. There is a non-refundable $15 charge for changing the font on an item. We can change the font to any other font that appears on the website; please indicate the item style, size and the number of the text area for the font you would like to use. Please be aware that script or cursive fonts often do not display well in all capital letters, also that some fonts do not have lower-case letters. If you need a font we do not have, please select a font from one of the following websites: myfonts.com or fontsearchengine.com or fonts.com. We will purchase the font and use it on your items, and you will be billed for the cost of the font as well as the font change fee. Please note that for orders with special requests such as font changes, we cannot offer rush processing.
