Q. Will you correct my spelling for me?
A. We will correct the spelling in your order at no additional charge - but only if you ask! Just click on "Spell Check" on the Order Page. Please be aware that Spell Check does not include proper names, song lists, ingredients, or grammar. Spell Check corrects English-language spelling only. If the spelling that you have used appears in dictionary.com as a standard spelling or as an alternate or British spelling, we will leave it as you spelled it. Sorry, we can't be responsible for correcting the spelling on Rush orders.
Q. Can I see a proof before you print?
A. Yes. If your order is over $50 including shipping we provide you with proofs by email at no additional charge (except we cannot provide proofs for rush orders). If your order is less than $50 and is not a rush order, we'll be happy to make you a proof for $10 - just let us know in the special instructions. Also, if we have any questions - no matter what size your order - we will email you the question or a proof of your item. You are also welcome to write your specific instructions in the special instructions box provided on the Order Page. Our goal is to provide you with personalized printing that you absolutely love and that works perfectly for you!
Q. How long will it take to see my proof?
A. It takes two business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) for our designers to create your items and email your proofs. Please bear in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days. So, for example, if you place your order on Monday you will see your proofs on Wednesday; if you place your order on Friday, you might not receive your proofs until the next Tuesday.
We MUST have your correct email address in order to send your proofs. If you did not receive your email receipt right after you clicked on the "Click to Complete Order" button when you ordered, it is possible that there was a typo in the email address, or that an email address was not entered in the box on the order form. Please be VERY CAREFUL to enter your email address CORRECTLY.
It is also possible that your computer or the network you are using has blocked the proofs reminder email we sent you. Please be sure to add info@myownlabels.com to your contacts list or your address book. Doing this helps prevent your computer's spam blocker from blocking your proofs email. If info@myownlabels.com was not added to your address book or contacts list, our email may be in your spam, junk mail, or bulk mail folder.

If your proofs seem to have gotten lost...
If for any reason you did not get your emailed proofs, you can visit www.myownlabels.com and click on "Track your Order" to find a link to your proofs. Or you can use the convenient link located near the top of the email receipt that was sent to you when you placed your order.

Q. What should I do once I receive my electronic proofs?
A. Please study your proofs carefully for possible spelling or other typographical errors. If - after carefully reviewing your proofs - everything looks good, please click "OK as is" on the Proof Approval Form located below your proofs. Clicking "OK as is" if the proofs look good is the best way to avoid unnecessary delay in the processing of your order.
IMPORTANT: If you have any sort of question regarding your order - especially if you DO or MAY need a change - be sure to click "OK With Changes" or "Need New Proof" as explained below.
If you see something you would like to change and you do NOT need to see another proof, describe the change you need in the instructions box, then click "OK With Changes". There is no charge for changes to text, like correcting typographical errors, or for changes in line breaks or text spacing, etc. There is a non-refundable $15 charge to make changes to colors, to change a font, or to change to a different style or size.
If you see something you would like to change and you DO want to see another proof after the changes have been made, describe the change you need in the instructions box, and click "Need New Proof". There is no charge for changes to text, like correcting typographical errors, or for changes in line breaks or text spacing, etc. There is a non-refundable $15 charge to make changes to colors, to change a font, or to change to a different style or size.
Q. What if I need to make a change to my proof?
A. To request a change to your proof, click either "OK With Changes" or "Need New Proof" on the Proof Approval Form located just below your proofs. If you click on "OK With Changes" we will NOT send you another proof. We will follow your instructions for changes, then send your revised order directly to printing - without creating and sending you a new proof. If you click "Need New Proof" we will follow your instructions for changes, and - within 2 business days (Mondays-Fridays, excluding holidays) - we will email you a new proof with the changes. There is no charge for a second proof, but it will delay your order by at least two days. There is no charge for changes to text, like correcting typographical errors, or for changes in line breaks or text spacing, etc. There is a non-refundable $15 charge to make changes to colors, to change a font, or to change to a different style or size.
