Q. I love the products I received and I need more. How do I order reprints?
A. You can easily reorder. Just click on "Reorder" at the bottom of the home page. We keep your order on file so we can reprint exact duplicates*. We will de-archive your original file and turn it into a new order, then contact you to verify and obtain payment information. Sorry, orders from more than two years ago are not available.

* A note about reprint colors:

If it is important that the color of the reprints "perfectly" matches the color of your original order, please mail us a sample from your previous order so we can color match it. Although we calibrate our printers every day, there are still variations in color because of daily fluctuations in humidity and temperature as well as equipment changes such as ink levels, oil density, and timing of consumables.

Q. I ordered some favor tags from you and they are the perfect color for my wedding! I want to order reprints. How can I make sure they match the color of my first order?
