Q. What if I’m not happy with my order?
A. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your order, and our money-back guarantee proves it. We have the only money-back guarantee in the personalized products business! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us within 30 days or return the items within 30 days. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return. We’ll be happy to either correct your order or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. We refund the purchase price of returned items when we receive them. If you return your order and request that we reprint (with changes/corrections), you would pay only for shipping. If we have made a mistake we’ll reprint and ship at no charge. Your replacement order will be expedited to get them to you as quickly as possible. Sorry, we can’t refund rush orders, special requests, or orders held for more than 30 days.

Q. I’m so afraid I’ll get the date wrong! What will happen if I do?
A. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If it’s your mistake, we’ll reprint for half price plus shipping. If it’s our mistake we’ll reprint and ship at no charge. In either case, we’ll expedite your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Q. Will you correct my spelling for me?
A. We will correct your spelling (at no additional charge) - but only if you ask! Just check the spell check box on the Order Page. Please be aware that spell check does not include proper names, song lists, ingredients, or grammar. Spell check corrects English-language spelling only. If the spelling that you have used appears in dictionary.com as a standard spelling or as an alternate or British spelling, we will leave it as you spelled it. Sorry, we don’t offer spell check on rush orders.
