Q. I want to hand-write my own words on an item. Is that possible?
A. Yes. When you order, leave some or all of the text areas blank on the order form. Please be sure to tell us in the special instructions box if you want to use any or all of the spaces to write in; otherwise our designers will style your text to fill the space. Ball-point, felt-tip, and gel pens work for the light-colored areas of the labels, and light-colored gel pens work on the dark areas.

Q. Can I send you a list of my guests' names to print on my labels or place cards?
A. Sorry, we cannot print different names on the individual labels or cards. All labels on a sheet (or cards in a set) are printed with exactly the same text. We can print labels for you with a blank space and/or lines so you can write in guests' names or table numbers by hand. Place cards are printed with a pale dotted line as a guide for writing guests' names.

Q. Can I run the labels or place cards through my home printer to add names to them?
A. We do not recommend sending labels or cards through a printer. Printer heat can cause the inks on labels and cards to soften, resulting in smearing and offsetting. Place cards come individually cut and pre-scored for folding and cannot be run through a printer.
