These Spanish sponge cakes are also known in France as Madeleines; but whatever they are called, they are eggy, buttery and light with a hint of lemon, and one of my favorite breakfasts. After I made the wedding pops that I showed you a few weeks ago, I decided to try some other versions of cake pops. These adorable pops are much easier and SO cute. Custom Photo Coasters
