My boyfriend, Rick, loves amber non-alcoholic beer. Last year he decided to get healthier (something people tend to do after they turn 50.) He changed some of his eating habits and cut way back on alcohol (hence a 20 pound weight loss). He has found non-alcoholic beers to be very good (especially the dark ones). Kid Designed Wedding Coasters

When Elizabeth Arps of Maine and her fiance Allen started planning their wedding they knew that they wanted to include their children in the planning. But how do you get young kids involved without ending up serving hot dogs and root beer at the reception? Elizabeth came up with the great idea to have them draw pictures! Personalized Beer for Father’s Day

I love my dad.  He's amazing.  I'm pretty sure he was at every swim meet I ever participated in and I know he saw every play I was in - no matter how small the part.    After my mom died, my dad took over both roles, mom and dad.  I'm not sure I appreciated all of that at the time; I was, after all, a teenager for most of it.  Now that I'm a parent myself, I realize all the sacrifices he made to support my sister and me.  Now that I'm a parent, I also realize what a great grandfather he is!  … [read more...]

Custom Photo Coasters

These are my grandsons! It’s just amazing what a little effort will do. I now have these terrific coaster mementos of my grandsons, Caden and Dylan, which will make great party decorations as well.
