Luau Party Favors

I love the month of August, mostly because it's my birthday month! I say birthday 'month' because that's how long I like to celebrate. Here in Portland we are finally getting a full doze of summer weather and I decided to host a luau in my mom's backyard to celebrate turning 27-years-old. What's more fun than throwing an Alice in Wonderland inspired tea party?
