I had planned a surprise party at the last minute and had originally ordered labels from another shop on 12/19/08 however they told me that they weren't able to process my order because their printing/label machine would be closing down on 12/22/08 for two weeks. I searched frantically for another company online and found your website on 12/22/08! Before placing my order online, I wanted to call and find out if my request for labels could be processed given the timeframe that I would need them by. The person I spoke to was very professional and told me that it wouldn't be a problem. I was elated to hear this so I submitted my online on 12/22/08. With the weather delays last week and the holidays, I wasn't sure they would get here in time but they did! You came through for me! On top of that, the quality of the labels were impressive and our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the personalized wine and water bottle labels.
