First off, I know problems arise in these situations, and to me it's how a company handles their issues. You guys are FANTASTIC! I've NEVER had better customer service, and you've gained a long time customer. Thanks for being on top of this. I've also never been as foolish! I sized for 3.75 not for 3.25! Please give your designer my most sincere apologies. I've never missed a dimension in a final draft, but this time I have, which makes more sense as to why he/she altered it in the first place. B. I can't believe it. I procrastinated and ordered labels for my Christmas wine quite late. Your website told me I wouldn't receive my labels until December 17th at the earliest. I received them on December 11th. Then, I had ordered 2 sheets of labels for a batch of beer just to get the cheaper shipping. I couldn't believe it when I saw the note telling me you had enclosed 2 EXTRA sheets just to be sure I had enough! I have used your company once before and was very happy with my labels. Now, I will use no other label company but yours! Thank you for everything!
