• 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup hot water

Chop the chocolate into small bits. Put in the top of a double boiler and stir constantly until melted. Add the corn syrup and water and whisk until smooth and shiny. Delicious over ice cream, cake or as a dip for fresh fruit.

While warm, pour chocolate sauce into glass jars.
