• 1# grated cheddar cheese • 1 13-oz. can evaporated milk + 1/4 cup (total: 16-oz. milk) • 3 Tbsp sugar • 1 Tbsp flour • 1-2 tsp dry mustard • 1/4 tsp garlic salt • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce • 1/4 tsp molasses
Heat in a double boiler until smooth. Pour into glass jars, refrigerate. Yields 1 quart.
