| Pineapple Zucchini Bread |
Beat the eggs, then add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla, and pineapple. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and add to the egg mixture, stirring just until mixed. Add the chopped nuts. Pour batter into two buttered loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until done. Package zucchini bread in cellophane bags. |
