| Tom and Jerry Holiday Drink Mix |

• 1 pound butter, softened • 1 pound dark brown sugar • 1 pound powdered sugar • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp nutmeg Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix with a spoon or for a few minutes with an electric mixer. Store in the freezer (it will remain soft). To serve: Put 1 heaping teaspoon of Tom and Jerry mix into an 8-ounce mug and, if desired, 1 - 1/2 jiggers of rum, brandy or whiskey. Fill the mug with boiling water, stir a few seconds until mixed. Top with a sprinkling of nutmeg. Happy Holidays! |
