- 1. Fill out the online return form
- 2. You will get an email; open the link to print the prepaid return label *
- 3. Place the label on your return package and put it in your mailbox.
Too late to reprint your order in time for your event?
We will gladly refund your purchase price or provide you with a store credit to be used in the future.
Sorry, we can't refund rush orders, special requests, or orders held for more than 30 days.

- if it is our error, miscount, etc. We will rush printing and shipping at no extra charge to get it to you as quickly as possible.
- if you need an exact color match, the color match charge of $15 will be applied. If you need it to match a previous order, send in a sample of the previous order. We will come as close as possible although we cannot guarantee an exact match of a previous order. There is no color match charge for this. You will receive a refund of your original order when we receive it.
- if you didn't receive your package. First we check with UPS and USPS, and ask you to double-check with other members of your household and your neighbors, etc. Then if the package does not turn up, we will reprint and ship to you as quickly as possible.
With reprints, we rush printing and shipping at no extra charge if it is needed in time for an event. If your reprint must be rushed for an event and there is no time to return the original order, the charge for the new purchase will be applied to your card and we will ship you the replacements. When we receive your returned items, we will credit your card for the original order.

- if the shape or style does not work with your plan. You will need to place a new order to get a different color or style, and you will receive a refund of your original order when we receive it back from you.
