How do I get my order FAST??

Click on "RUSH my order!" on the Checkout Page. We will print and ship your rush order the next business day (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) after the date you place your order. The rush charge is an additional $20, which will show on the final checkout Shipping Page, and on your email receipt. When you place a rush order, we create and print your order ahead of all non-rushes. We focus all resources and staff time necessary to ensure that your order is created, proofed, printed, collated, cut, packaged, and shipped in one business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days.

Are there any limitations on rush orders?

Because you make your order a rush, we can't provide additional services such as proofs, spell check, or special requests such as adding or changing colors. There is simply no time to do these things and get the order out quickly.

Rush is not available for mint tins or custom postage stamps.

Our guarantee on rush orders

We move your rush order to the head of the line and set up the press especially for it. Although we do our very best to make your order look great, we can't give you an unconditional guarantee on a rush. We promise to provide you with exactly what you asked for, when you asked for it. If we make a mistake such as incorrect quantity, late delivery, wrong color, text not as you input, etc., we will do what is needed to make it right. Please contact us immediately if this happens and we will either correct and reprint, refund your money, or give you a store credit.

Do I need to select Rush for each item I order?

No. Rush processing applies to your entire order. You select it once on the checkout page and it will apply to every item on your order.

What are my shipping options?

Rush processing does not apply to the time it takes to ship your order. If you need your order right away, you will also want to make sure your shipping is UPS Next Day Air. This is automatically selected for you when you choose RUSH, but you still have the option to change your shipping method. See our shipping page for all the shipping options and information.

What happens if I don't receive my order in time?

In the extremely rare event that your order doesn't arrive by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund your rush fee, your shipping cost, and will offer a full refund on returned products.
