I also appreciate the extra the M.O.L. team demonstrated when personally calling me about a spelling of a word even after the 24-48 window had expired. I am glad the team did because my wife filed the original email without realizing an action was required.

I received my order 11/27/06. Thank you for responding promptly to concerns I had regarding the order. I am pleased with my hang tags! They are part of a thank you gift for my boyfriend's mother who sews and customizes teddy bears. I know she will be pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank you for the work on my daughter's wedding labels. I received them in the mail last week and was very happy.
