First off, I know problems arise in these situations, and to me it's how a company handles their issues. You guys are FANTASTIC! I've NEVER had better customer service, and you've gained a long time customer. Thanks for being on top of this. I've also never been as foolish! I sized for 3.75 not for 3.25! Please give your designer my most sincere apologies. I've never missed a dimension in a final draft, but this time I have, which makes more sense as to why he/she altered it in the first place.
