They are great! I sent them with the Shutterfly photo albums. Each person can add their own name, but the labels say, "Merry Christmas!" from whom, and that the gift is a "celebration of family from the past to the present". I think it will make the books extra special in years to come and having the bookplates made it unnecessary for me to open the packaging and hand-write the message on so many copies! So, thank you! I can't believe how small the wine labels were, they do not look good on wine bottles, writing was so small you could not read it. I was not happy!

Actually, I was not happy with my order. When I've used this website before, it allowed you to see what the label would look like before you purchased. For some reason, that feature was not turned on when I was formulating my order. I saw the $10 fee to view the proof but I balked at that because it was free before. So I sent my order without viewing the final version and the format turned out undesirable to me. I wanted "Homemade Granola" to stand out with large bold letters. However, I must have entered it in the wrong space because the ingredients (oats and honey) came out as large bold letters instead. It was my fault not yours for refusing to pay extra $$$ for the proof, but I can you please turn that feature back on?

Thanks for the follow up. I have to be honest, I am disappointed with the labels. I ordered labels that would fit on a disc. What I was sent was a tiny sticker. I thought I ordered a label that would fit on the entire disc.

Great designs and service. Unfortunately very toxic odor, needed to offgas outside in cold, rainy weather. Would not order again based on toxic concerns personally and environmentally unless the adhesive formula was altered.

It's just like painting a room in your house; the day you paint, the smell is very strong, and it gradually diminishes over a week or so, until eventually the paint has cured fully and the smell is gone. It is not unusual for an order to ship the same day it is printed, and it is also not unusual for a customer to receive their package the very next day. We've received our order a few weeks ago. We can't really fault the service or your website but we were a bit disappointed about the way the labels turned out. On our screen the writing 'James & Michelle 12th November 2012' looked clear and legible however when they printed the print is so small you can just make out the wording.

After a devastating flood tore through the town in January 2011, I was one of the unfortunate victims. Losing my business & home over night & watching them float away, I thought my happy existence was over. I picked myself up and dusted myself off & thought how do I recover from this.
