Normally, I am very in love with my orders and most of my labels have come back to me looking crisp, professional and elegantly designed. I am especially pleased with the labels that I ordered for lip balm tubes, although it would be helpful if you provided a link to a variety of lip balm tube labels within Bath and Body. I think you'd be surprised by the business you would get from indie businesses, esp. if you offer an option that is FDA label compliant. I look forward to returning for additional orders in the future. The only negative feedback I might to share would be in regard to the large text labels that I ordered. The text was just fuzzy -- not crisp. The small print size that I chose, that was offered as an option, just wasn't legible in the default color and font. If the print had been dark, I think the labels would have worked. There was no way I could have known that the font size and the default ink color were not compatible. Otherwise, I'm a true fan. I also love that your site is so multicultural and also gay wedding friendly. Thank you.

I received my label order, however am disappointed in the size. I ordered water bottle labels, assuming that your company knew the average circumference of a standard water bottle. I have since tried my labels on 3 different brands - arrowhead, nestle, crystal geyser, and they do not go all the way around. Dasani and Aquafina are even larger! I cant think of any brands that would be small enough for the label to fit all the way around.

Through no fault of your own, I wasn't extremely pleased with the labels. I imagined them being larger, as I was planning on placing them on wine bottles. When I clicked the wine label section, I went a step further and clicked on other formats and chose the one I received. It was a bit small for the wine bottle, and I honestly think I should have used a completely different label. It's a lesson to be learned for next time.

I was very happy with the labels again (second time I have ordered) and received excellent help with formatting from a PDF file. The only thing I was not happy with were the bottle caps that heat shrink on top of the wine bottles. They come in paper bags but they were crushed to the point where I had to reshape every one to slip on top of the bottle before immersing in the boiling water (time consuming). The ones that I received on my very first order were in perfect shape and I simply placed them onto the bottle.

Just as a suggestion, you might want to consider selling a small neck label to go with the big label. We noticed as we bought the beer that the small neck label showed from the other brand, and my mother is crafty and managed to whip up a matching label, but just something to think about. I am a little disappointed in my order simply for the fact that the size of the font is so tiny. The first line is fine, because that was in the bigger print, but the rest of it is almost too hard to read. I planned on using these for my wedding favors and I am starting to rethink it...At first I did not want to worry about it figuring it would be fine and no one would notice, but the more I look at them the more I begin to question using them. I wish that your site would allow the user to change the size of the fonts, even if only a little bit. You should allow the user to increase or decrease the font only to the size that the label allows, and from what I can tell, my label has plenty of space for bigger font. I am not sure if there is anything you can do, nor am I really looking for anything to be done, I just wanted to share my feelings with you.

I was interested in ordering other kind of labels, but I need less than 12, so I refused to pay for 24. 2) It would be nice if you offered smaller text labels, such as 2"x2" and 1.75"x1.75". Thanks!

We loved the labels. The color and print turn out so nice and they look so cute. We bought Deer Park water bottles and the only problem we found was that the labels did not cover the bottle all the way (they did not wrap around fully). It was only a problem with the first bottle because we did not remove all the sticky stuff from the Deer Park label. After that we had a system and it worked (they still don't wrap all the way around but it just shows the clear part of the bottle). Thank you for the labels. They were easy to use and took my mom and I about 2 hours to make 160 water bottles for my wedding.

I am pleased with the ease of making the labels on your website and the editing/proofing options. I am very pleased with the quality and looks of the labels. I am also very pleased with the timely shipment and the perfect condition of the labels. However, I was disappointed that the labels did not withstand the ice water the bottles were soaked in. I expected they would be water proof or at least water resistant. The labels were too easily rubbed off. I am hesitant to rate this online because aesthetically the labels were perfect, but I would expect water resistant labels and ink. It would be great to at least have the option of choosing a water resistant/proof label for an additional charge.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on your labels. While I like the ease with which I’m able to design and purchase labels, I am disappointed with how the labels respond to any moisture. Specifically, when I use your labels on white wine, which is typically served chilled, the labels begin to bubble and blister once the bottles are exposed to the warmer ambient air temperature. Chilled wine bottles naturally create condensation once they come out of the refrigerator. I would greatly appreciate a higher quality paper stock able to withstand the moisture.

For best results apply labels to a clean, room-temperature surface. Condensation on a cold wine bottle may prevent labels from adhering properly. I recently purchased personalized water bottle labels (SPLV19-56) that I wanted to use on water bottles at my wedding. I am very dissatisfied as they do not wrap around the entire water bottle. (I even tried using two different water bottles, very standard sizes)

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my labels. It was costly to throw a surprise party for my husband's 65th birthday. But in the scheme of things, the water bottle labels were a perfect touch. I submitted an old photo that I worried would be grainy, but when I received the labels the photo was so crisp and clear. You see these labels are for our new home and apparently I don't know the correct zip code. I put the zip code as 10312 when the REAL zip code is 10314. So I will have to re-order them. Our surprise birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Thank you! The personalized wine bottle labels were a huge favorite. We placed a silver bangle ornament tassel on each wine bottle top for an added festive color coordination effect and placed the bottles on each table. The guests were thrilled!! The guest of honor now actually wants more labels ordered so she can give additional commemorative bottles to her guests....Months prior to the event we knew that the we wanted to personalized the wine bottles and present them as party favors to her special guests. Yet, we did not realize until the last possible moment, that we had not placed an order. Picnik.com is a membership-driven photo editing site that has easy to use, free tools that do not require any registration or sign in to use. You can upload a picture, pick a font, type, size and place the text where you would like it to be on the photo. You can even colour the text as you would like. Just be sure to give the new version of the photo a new name, so you do not overwrite the original photo file. Follow up: We followed up with this customer via e-mail and made the above suggestion. I loved the way the wine labels looked and the quality was great! I, however, made the mistake of ordering the wrong size labels so I was unable to use the them. The labels I ordered didn't cover most wine bottle labels because it was too small.

I'm very happy with my labels! The labels I bought were for wine bottles. I submitted an old photo of myself and my three siblings to put on the label. Really funny portrait of us all from 1963. So then I bought wine for my family members, scraped off the original labels and put on the labels I ordered from you with the old picture on it. I titled the label with our last name and '1963'. They looked so nice! The wine is a blush with a red top so the red Christmas labels that I chose matched beautifully. And the reaction from my siblings and my mom was just priceless!
