Q. What if I make a mistake typing in my order. What will happen if I do?
A. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If it’s your mistake, we’ll reprint for half price plus shipping. If it’s our mistake we’ll reprint and ship at no charge. In either case, we’ll expedite your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my order?
A. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your order, and our money-back guarantee proves it. We have the only money-back guarantee in the personalized products business! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us within 30 days or return the items within 30 days. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return. We’ll be happy to either correct and reprint your order or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
We refund the purchase price of returned items when we receive them. If you return your order and request that we reprint (with changes/corrections), you would pay only for shipping. If we have made a mistake we’ll reprint and ship at no charge. Your replacement order will be expedited to get it to you as quickly as possible.
