  Choose monogram style A, B, C, or D, then type no more than THREE letters in the main text area above. A monogram is traditionally made of three letters -- a last initial in the middle, joined on either side by a couple's first initials. We will print the letters in the order you enter them.

  HOW TO ADD YOUR PHOTO OR ART

  There is a charge of $25 to add your photo or art to each original. Sometimes files need work so they will look good in print, in which case we will notify you in advance if there will be any additional studio costs. To help you send a file that will be in perfect condition for printing, we"ve put together the tips below:

  Scanning art or a photo

  Scan at a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) or greater.

  Taking a digital photo

  Make sure the camera is set to large/high resolution (usually 1536 x 2048 pixels), with a compression grade of superfine (highest quality). On most cameras this option will be found in a menu item called "image quality."

  Trouble sending a file?

  If your email won"t allow you to send the image, then mailing a copy of your art or photo (either on a CD or the actual print for us to scan ourselves) is the best bet for a great looking image.

  We will contact you if we have questions, but there is no refund on special request orders such as adding a photo or art.

  Choose a font from another label style, and write the details below. Note: Some fonts are not available in lower-case letters or all capital letters. If you need a font we do not have, please choose one from: www.myfonts.com or www.fonts.com. We will purchase it and use it on your labels, and you will be billed for the cost of the font.

  Making this request WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER and THERE IS NO REFUND FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS.

  Font Change Request ($15):

  No refund for special requests including color changes.

  Choose a color from another label style, and write in below the label style and color that you'd like to match. Or, if you want to match a color you are using, please mail us a color swatch. We will come as close as we can to your color, but cannot guarantee an exact match due to differences between our process and how the color was achieved on your swatch.

  Making this request WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER and THERE IS NO REFUND FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS.

  Color Change Request ($15):

  If you want your text laid out a certain way, for example, tell us here at no additional charge.

  If you ask for more than the allowed amount of text, it may be possible but it MAY DELAY YOUR ORDER! We will contact you if we have questions.

  YOUR FREE PROOFS

  If your order is $50 or more, we'll email you a free proof within 48 hours. Proofread it carefully and if you have corrections please contact us immediately. In the interest of timely delivery, we allow you a 24-hour response period; after which time, if we don't hear from you, we will proceed with production. If you wish more time please let us know and we will wait until you are ready. If you contact us with corrections after the 24-hour response period (and did not arrange for more time), your order will be in the print queue and it will not be possible to make changes.
